Designed to let you be free & able to relax and enjoy your magical day with friends and family.

Prior to your wedding we spend as much time as necessary with you to discuss which suppliers you are using and any special arrangements you have in place, so that we have a perfect understanding as to how you want your wedding day to be

The package includes:

• Civil ceremony - room set up, music, flowers, décor, seating arrangements, leading guests to the ceremony room
• Setup and preparation of the venue including flower arrangements, décor, setting up of wedding cake, table plan and name place cards
• Ensuring guests are guided accordingly through the day's events
• Co-ordination of  day time entertainment
• Ensuring the toilets are set up and kept maintained throughout the day with any added extras that you would like for the guests to freshen up with
• Being on hand to deliver flowers/gifts to mothers & fathers of the bride and groom or any other family member or friend during speeches
• Greeting evening guests
• Organising taxi's for guests
• Making sure all wedding gifts are kept safe for the bride and groom throughout the day

 

Fees are charged at an hourly rate:

Saturdays & Sundays - £20ph

We are currently unable to offer week day packages

The initial meeting is FREE as is the final meeting prior to the wedding.
